J.P. Morgan Private Bank adds investment veteran to serve family office clients

J.P. Morgan Private Bank has named Wayne Bowers as managing director and head of institutional investment solutions in Asia, according to the bank's annoucement. 

Based in Hong Kong, Bowers will serve the needs of family offices and non-profit organisations in the region.

Bowers has over 35 years of cross-asset class and investment market knowledge, most recently as an investment advisory committee member at UNESCO. Prior to that, he was an investment advisory committee member at UNRWA (The United Nations Relief and Works Agency) for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.

Previously, he was also a founding partner and CIO at boutique asset manager Sostratus Capital after working at Northern Trust, ABN AMRO and SG Hambros.
