The industry can offer tailor-made hybrid funds to fix the liquidity issues frustrating wealthy Asian investors, says the global head of L&G's $1.7 trillion asset management business.
Wealthy Asian investors are discovering they cannot easily pull their cash out of private credit funds. The industry should stop treating individual investors like institutions and instead offer innovative “hybrid” funds with different risk appetites and more liquidity, says the asset management chief at Legal & General.
